Jewelry Care
Over time, Sterling Silver may naturally lose its shine when exposed to air, resulting in tarnishing. This process is expected, but it can be easily reversed by polishing your jewelry with a silver cleaning cloth. To help you care for your pieces, we include a complimentary sample cloth with every order.
When it comes to our gold-plated and rose gold-plated jewelry, extra care is recommended. We advise removing your jewelry before going to bed, showering, or engaging in any physical activity. Exposure to certain chemicals and environments, such as sweat, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, saltwater, or silver polish, can affect the integrity and appearance of your pieces.
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid keeping it in humid spaces, such as bathrooms, as moisture can accelerate tarnishing and wear.
Please keep in mind that the gold plating on our jewelry is not permanent. Gold-plated pieces are more delicate by nature and may fade over time. The speed at which this occurs depends on several factors, including contact with chemicals, perspiration levels, and your skin’s natural pH. To preserve the brilliance of your jewelry, proper care is essential.
By caring for your jewelry with attention and care, you ensure that each piece will maintain its beauty and continue to shine for years to come.
